This case study focused on identifying overlooked pain points within PhonePe's interface and proposing solutions to improve flow and accessibility. Interestingly, four of the key features I designed back then were officially implemented by the PhonePe team the following year. The case study remains live on Behance as a testament to foresight and real-world relevance. Everything from the research to the micro-interactions was mapped out, designed, and prototyped by me.
